Child and Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut, Inc. employs approximately 200 staff members in a variety of positions including Mental Health Clinicians, Nurse Practitioners, Teaching Staff for Infants/Toddlers/Preschool-Aged Children, Administrative Staff, School-Aged Youth Program Workers, and others.

SITE: NEW LONDON/GROTON CT

CLINICIAN – Full time Masters’ level position (40 hours) working  with children and families in our Multidimensional Family Therapy Program.  MDFT Program Information

COMMUNITY WORKER –Full time Bachelor’s level position (40 hours) working with children and families in our Reunification Therapeutic Family Time Program  Reunification Therapeutic Family Time Program Information

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & DONOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR – Full time position available to promote donor engagement, increase event participation and grow annual philanthropic support from the community,  maintain donor giving information; communicating with and stewarding donors; and supporting the leadership team in all individual donor fundraising activities, work with Advancement team to create/execute an Annual Advancement plan, develop personal contacts with Agency Auxiliary volunteers and donors to increase their understanding and involvement in CFA’s mission, research the availability of both public and private grants, and act as and point of contact for CFA’s three Auxiliaries, providing guidance, information and needed administrative support for their membership activity and fundraising events. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 5 years related volunteer management and/or event planning experience. Unpaid experience will be considered. Experience with MS Office Programs.

COORDINATOR – Full time position to lead a team of staff in the Reunification Therapeutic Family Time Program (RTFT) to lead a talented team of five community workers and co-lead with another RTFT coordinator to balance program responsibilities.  RTFT staff work with families whose children have been removed by the Department of Children and Families. There are three services provided in this program. Families can receive any combination of these services, depending on their needs. Reunification Therapeutic Family Time Program Information

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE – Full time position to direct and manage the financial activities of the organization and day-to-day fiscal operations.  Candidates must have a BS in Accounting or higher and a minimum of five years’ experience in a high-level management position overseeing non-profit accounting department and systems. Experience with managing a fund accounting system, medical billing, and State/Federal contract reporting is required. Blackbaud NXT Experience and CPA is a plus.  An MBA is preferred.

SUPERVISOR – Full time position to lead a team of clinicians in the Functional Family Therapy Program.  FFT is an evidence-based, in-home family therapy model that works with adolescents aged 11-18 and their families to improve the quality of family’s lives by reducing risk factors.  Functional Family Therapy Program Information
