Child and Family Agency acknowledges the many injustices that are rooted in our nation’s history and continue to impact all systems, including injustices related to education, opinions, culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, nation of origin, age, languages spoken, veteran’s status, color, religion, ability (emotional, learning, physical), sexual orientation, and beliefs.  We believe it is imperative to be agents of change, thus diversity and inclusion are core values of CFA. We work with adults, children, their families, communities, and each other to identify and use our intrinsic strengths towards creating sustainable, interconnected, and productive lives.
