SITE: GROTON/NEW LONDON/NORWICH

CASE AID – Per Diem position to work in R-TFT to provide support in the areas such as teaching, advocacy, case management, and
transportation.

CLINICIAN I/II – Full-time clinician position available in a school setting. Clinician works as an integrated part of the school
system’s support staff, and provides services to both special education and regular education students across the district. Clinician is
responsible for providing counseling and “check-ins” with identified students, servicing IEPs and 504 plans, and for attending all
school meetings related to assigned students. Clinician also serves as a strong linkage between the school system and community
services. Licensed clinicians only. A full-year OR academic year position is possible.

COORDINATOR OF MEDICAL SERVICES – Position available to assist with managing the medical services under the School-
Based Health Center program. Candidate should have experience handling related administrative tasks and be a Licensed Nurse
Practitioner. Candidate will provide support to program combined with providing direct client care.

COORDINATOR – Full time position to provide supervision and oversight of the Child Guidance Program in New London.
Candidate must be licensed.

COMMUNITY WORKER II– Full time position to work in the R-TFT (Reunification) program, providing services in a home-based
setting. Evening hours required. Bachelor’s degree required.

NURSE PRACTITIONER – PT/FT position to work in Agency’s SBHC program, providing services to the school population.

PSYCHIATRIST – Part/Full time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist position available to work with children and their families in
conjunction with Agency programming.

SECRETARY – Full time position to provide support for Child Guidance Clinic. Primary duties include answering phones, reception
area coverage, clinical database maintenance, and other clerical duties. Relevant experience required.

TEACHER ASSISTANT –Part-time Teacher Assistant working with Infants/Toddlers/Preschool-aged children. Candidate must
have 12 ECE credits. CT Charts A Course Registry Qualified Staff Member (QSM) preferred.

SITE: ESSEX

PSYCHIATRIST – Part/Full time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist position available to work with children and their families in
conjunction with Agency programming.
