CASE AID – Per Diem position to work in R-TFT to provide support in the areas such as teaching, advocacy, case management, and

COMMUNITY WORKER II– Full time position to work in the Intensive Family Preservation Program, providing services in a
home-based setting. BA level is required. Spanish Speaking Preferred.

COMMUNITY WORKER II– Full time position to work in the R-TFT (Reunification) program, providing services in a home-based
setting. Evening hours required. Bachelor’s degree required.

DIRECTOR OF SERVICES–(SBHC Medical) Position available to manage the medical services under the School-Based Health
Center program. Candidate must have supervisory experience, experience handling related administrative tasks, and be a Licensed
Nurse Practitioner.

NURSE PRACTITIONER – PT/FT position to work in Agency’s SBHC program, providing services to the school population.

PSYCHIATRIST – Part/Full time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist position available to work with children and their families in
conjunction with Agency programming.

SENIOR DIRECTOR – Position available to oversee full School-Based Health Center Program. Candidate must have experience
working in/managing a school-based setting.

SITE MANAGER –FT position – Some responsibilities include resource and referral to parents, conducting play and learn groups,
collaborating with public school, home visits, and providing workshops for parents. Some evenings required. Minimum
qualifications include a BS/BA in early childhood education, child development or related field, and experience working with young
children and with parents, and the ability to work in child care and after school care classrooms when needed.

TEACHER ASSISTANT –Full and Part-time Teacher Assistant working with Infants/Toddlers/Preschool-aged children. Candidate
must have 12 ECE credits. CT Charts A Course Registry Qualified Staff Member (QSM) preferred.


COORDINATOR – Full time position to work with a well-established community coalition in the communities of Old Lyme and
Lyme to achieve measurable decreases in substance abuse and improvements in mental health in residents at the community level.
