Our Mental Health Clinics provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Family Therapy is the context for much of the clinical work done at CFA, and caregivers are routinely involved in their child’s treatment.

Our child, adolescent, and adult services help clients with:

- Disruptive behaviors
- Attention difficulties
- Substance Abuse
- Trauma
- Family struggles
- Coping with transitions such as divorce, loss, and relocation
Evidence-Based Treatments
We use the following evidence-based treatments to help our clients manage and resolve a variety of symptoms, including trauma, anxiety, and depression:
- Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems (MATCH-ADTC)
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC)
- Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment Prevention and Access to Treatment Hubs and Services (SBIRT PATHS)

Call (860) 437-4550 to speak with a client support specialist to get started in outpatient services. Intakes are offered during CFA’s Walk-In Counseling Hours.
