Intensive In-Home Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Services

IICAPS offers intensive clinical services and support to children and youth returning from out-of-home care or who are at risk of hospitalization due to psychiatric, emotional, or behavioral difficulties.

Program Details

  • Home-based treatment.
  • Services provided by Master’s & Bachelor’s-level clinicians supported by a clinical supervisor and a child & adolescent psychiatrist.
  • Services are typically delivered for an average of 6 months.
  • Insurance accepted: Husky

Eligibility & Fees

Referrals are typically made by the DCF Area Offices, System-of-Care collaboratives, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and community providers. Does not require DCF-involvement.
