Healthy Futures

Healthy Futures helps parents learn the power of nurturing relationships, recognize their child’s strengths and potential, foster skills for school readiness, monitor child development, and access supportive services and resources in their own community.

Healthy Futures is a program in partnership with Middlesex Health and the Connecticut Community Doulas, LLC.

About This Program

CFA’s certified Healthy Futures Parent Educators advise families regarding their child’s brain development, assist with parenting questions or concerns, and provide parental support.

Eligibility & Fees

New and expecting families in Middlesex County are eligible for services. There are no fees for services for Middlesex County residents.
