CFA Medical Clinic
The CFA Medical Clinic, located in New London, Connecticut, provides primary care services in direct support of our School Based Health Center (SBHC) program.
This clinic functions as an alternative to a SBHC site, offering care to enrolled SBHC patients primarily when school-based clinics are unavailable (e.g., during school breaks, professional development days, or other closures). Care provided at this location ensures continuity and access for students when their regular SBHC location is temporarily closed.
Medical Services Include:
- Acute care and sick visits
- Physicals (school, sports, annual)
- Vaccinations
- Orders for labs/imaging (as indicated)
- Prescriptions
- Referrals and care coordination
- Health education and lifestyle counseling
- Mental health screening and referral

To schedule an appointment for an enrolled SBHC student, please call (860) 437-4550 and select option 3 to speak with a medical services representative.
