Child and Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut Opens New Medical Clinic in Westbrook

WESTBROOK, Conn. – Child and Family Agency of Southeastern CT, Inc (CFA), a leading social service provider in southern and eastern CT, opened its newest outpatient medical clinic in Westbrook to provide high-quality and accessible health care to Connecticut residents.

CFA’s Westbrook Community Bridge Clinic (4 Grove Beach Road North, Unit 2D) delivers expert primary care medical services to the surrounding community. Services are available for both adults and children, including but not limited to preventative care (annual physicals for school, sports, and camp), urgent or acute care (COVID-19 testing and treatment, URI, Strep, Sexually Transmitted Infections testing, and treatment, etc.), and vaccinations, such as the annual flu vaccine and monovalent and bivalent COVID-19 vaccines and boosters. Additionally, ADHD management and treatment by a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner are also provided.

Based on the School-Based Health Center model of integrated medical and mental health care to better care for the whole person, this new medical center offers accessible, integrated behavioral health services with mental health screening and referrals from the Bridge Clinic to CFA’s robust behavioral health services.
