Child and Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut Opens in Westbrook, Providing Immediate Access to Mental Health Services

WESTBROOK, Conn. – Child and Family of Southeastern CT, Inc (CFA), a leading social service provider in southern and eastern CT, has opened its newest location in Westbrook to address the mental health crisis in Connecticut. CFA aims to improve access to behavioral health care, making it convenient and affordable for all residents.

CFA’s Westbrook Outpatient Clinic (4 Grove Beach Road North, Unit 2D) offers robust clinical services provided by licensed clinical professionals. Outpatient Clinic services will include screening and assessments, counseling services, psychiatric services, addiction and substance use services, peer support, and more.

Allison Blake, CEO of CFA, was joined by State Representative Devin Carney, State Representative Christine Goupil, and First Selectman John Hall for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 23, 2022. In addition, representatives from the CT Department of Children and Families and the City of Westbrook Social Service department attended.

Funding for the Westbrook Outpatient Clinic comes, in part, from the CT Department of Children and Families.
