At Child & Family Agency, the safety and well-being of our staff and the families we serve is always our top priority. We are aware of the growing violence tied to federal immigration enforcement, and we want our community to know that we are listening, we care, and we are responding with compassion.

Our leadership team is actively working on updated guidance and internal planning, and will be meeting with staff in the coming weeks to listen closely to their concerns and ideas. These conversations will help guide how we move forward together in ways that center safety, care, and our shared mission.
