Come to Talbots in the Crystal Mall, Waterford, on Thursday, September 29th for a night of shopping with 10% of all merchandise purchases made by customers going to Child & Family Agency.  For the percentage to go to CFA, you must go to Talbots in the Crystal Mall between 5 and 8pm on Thursday, September 29th and say you are participating in the Charitable Event.
