Dear Members and Friends,
For many years of my life, March Madness revolved around what “we” know as a basketball event. My 3 brothers and of course my father, picked teams and we cheered our teams to victory or sweet defeat. Mother, today, insists we continue this tradition as this was our rallying point when my father was in his final days. All of us in a hospital room with beer and popcorn. Cheering on our team and “quietly” sharing time with the “captain” of our team who passed too young, at the age of 62.  Read more here…
