SITE: NEW LONDON/GROTON CT

CLINICIAN I/II – Masters level position available in the Child Guidance Clinic program.  Outpatient Program Information

CLINICIAN I/II – Masters level position available in the Reunification and Therapeutic Family Time Program (RTFT), providing  services to to families who will be reuniting with their children. RTFT Program Information

CLINICIAN I/II – Masters level position available in the Functional Family Therapy Program (FFT), to serve adolescents between the ages of 11 and 18 and their families to help in the reduction of negative behavior and improving the quality of family lives. Families with teens struggling with issues such as school attendance, substance abuse, peer conflict, and/or following household rules. FFT Program Information

CLINICIAN (Fee for Service) – Fee for Service Clinicians to provide services to children & their families. Candidates must be licensed. Outpatient Program Information

COORDINATOR– Full time position to provide support for our Child Guidance Program in Groton. Outpatient Program Information

HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST/RECRUITER – Part time (20 hour) dynamic, flexible individual to join our team.  In this role the candidate will, assist with developing a recruitment plan for open positions, execute recruitment plans, network through industry contacts and work with hiring managers to hold interviews.

PSYCHIATRIST – Part/Full time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist position available to work with children and their families in conjunction with Agency programming.

SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM COORDINATOR – We are seeking candidates with a high energy level and a commitment to a creative approach to enriching the lives of the children we serve. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience developing and/or facilitating enrichment programming in the performing or visual arts, as well as recreational programming. Demonstrated experience managing staff and volunteers is strongly desired.  Responsible for overall program coordination including responsibility for after-school and vacation program which includes supervision, safety, and health of children in program; coordinating organizational policies; record keeping – attendance, enrollment, fee collection, budget; liaison between school staff, parents, and community.
