This training is for clinicians interested in learning about working with military
members and veterans and their families. The participants will gain knowledge of the five branches of service, their missions, and traditions. Participants will also become familiar with the pros and cons of living a military lifestyle and various social work services and interventions that are beneficial to military members and veterans and their families.
To prepare clinician to be able to begin to understand and work more effectively with the United States military system with military service members, veterans, and their families.
